Project Overview
Beginning in 2011, the development was delivered in a series of phases to meet both public and private sector demand, ultimately comprising 33 quality homes.
The early phases focused on homes built for a local housing association, combining practicality and durability with energy efficiency and high-quality construction. Subsequent phases saw the creation of private homes for open market sale, each designed and built to meet the evolving needs of modern living.
The final unit completed was 9 Moar Drive — a bespoke two-storey townhouse, highlighting our ability to adapt designs for individual client requirements while maintaining consistency across the wider development.
